P2195 Code Fixed! If Your Mechanic Can Change a Lincoln mkS Oxygen Sensor, So Can You!

Күн бұрынFIX CODE P2195. O2 oxygen sensor is fluctuating outside its optimal range BANK 1 SENSOR 1.
In this video I will explain what causes code P2195 "oxygen sensor is fluctuating outside its optimal range" on most cars. Code P2195 is often caused by a bad oxygen sensor on Bank 1 Sensor 1. Sensor 1 means that this is the upstream oxygen sensor. It is also known as the oxygen sensor before the catalytic converter. If you replace the oxygen sensor and code P2195 comes back, then it could be a leak. Bank 2 on V6 engines are usually towards the radiator fan or the right side facing of the vehicle ( but not always). By replacing the oxygen sensor, I fixed code P2195 and it never came back. 05:25 Disconnect the crankcase vent tube and vacuum tube from the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe.
07:20 Disconnect the PCV tube from the PCV valve.
08:09 ABN Upholstery Trim Clip Removal Pliers.
09:35 Remove the upper intake manifold.
10:49 Disconnect the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) electrical connector.
10:57 1/2 Inch Oxygen Sensor Wrench 22 mm Offset Removal Flare Nut Socket Tool
11:51 Old one: WALKER PRODUCTS (250-25034) Oxygen (O2) Sensor
12:00 New one: Denso 234-5097 Air Fuel Sensor

There is no scam bigger than a mechanic telling you that only “his special computer can do the job”. You can buy a $15 one on eBay which does the exact same thing. These mechanics are idiots. Don’t fall for it.

It was sluggish all around. Not quick off the line, just a total drag. Felt like I was towing something when I wasn't.

Hi, I havan F-150 5.4 2004, and the code P2195, I replace the sensor, but the ligth code does not turn off, when I driving, I can hear an zik, zik, noice from engine, like air sound, did u think can, be the manifold leaking.

That seems serious right there. You may need to stop driving and bring it in to Ford and see what's up.
