[P3D v4/60FPS] Heathrow (EGLL) - Chicago (KORD) BA295 Full Flight! | British Airways PMDG 747-400

In this video I take the PMDG 747-400 v3, British Airways, from Heathrow (EGLL) to Chicago (KORD) using the Negus special livery that BA have painted on one of their 747's to celebrate 100 years in service.

I literally just flew on that exact aircraft 24 hours ago! I flew from JFK to LHR (BA174) on the British Airways retro livery 747. Also saw the BOAC one at Heathrow too. I’m glad I got to fly on one, although the interior was old and really dated with the super old IFE screens. I was expecting it to have the refurbished cabin since it’s British Airways’ flagship route

I love PMDG's push back with the NGXu where you can drive the tug yourself. Only negative is you can really start the engines and monitor them while pushing back :(

hi, when you said at the end the stop position on ground doesn’t match the docking system, it’s because the airplane is configured with Exit 2 as Preferred Exit in GSX, so you had to use the ground marking labeled “747 e2”

Love the content Matt! Hope to see more similar videos. Just one question you may know, in real life, how do the pilots know where the markings are when they are pulling up to the terminal? Like, how do they know when to stop?

Maybe I'll answer - on the most airports they are people called "marshallers" - they are standing in a front of the aircraft and are giving signals to the pilot (here you can see a video: www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=m.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DZg-5E-W4FQ0&ved=0ahUKEwiw1sO1jZblAhWMtYsKHQ8sBEgQt9IBCFQwBA&usg=AOvVaw2RJUdulLrtCHE6jq3xQPH). In bigger airports there are sometimes special electronic indicators showing when to stop (like here: m.kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jdmgeKqrp6irgIk.html).

Hi Matt, great video like always. If you or anyone could help me out on this issue I would appreciate it very much. I have just recently installed P3D V4. I have ORBX FTX Global, Vector and OpenLC Europe installed. There are night texture boxes in day time and some boxes have water textures on places that are actually supposed to be a ground texture. There are also some fully black texture boxes during day as well. What should I do? Thanks.
