"You don't even read your Word but God is always talking to you"- this is stands out to me so much. We have to read God's word to fully understand when He speaks to us. We spend too much time on diluted posts ob social media and not drinking from the well of God. This poem has some much truth in it, let us not just listen and agree, but listen and obey, by taking action. Many false teachers will come into the world, we must seek scripture to discern truth. Great poem Kevin!

Wow, this issue has been on my mind lately. I see the type of preaching out there. It's either on the extreme end of condemning or the other extreme of prosperity. I pray for clarity for all my Christian brothers and sisters attending such preachings. It's one of the main reason I've decided to read the entire bible for myself and let holy spirit guide my understanding.

1 John 1:9 If we confess your sins he is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. That is the main thing you must do. You must do more than wanting you must repent of your sins. Run to Jesus he will save you. I will definitely be praying for you.

Confess with your mouth. Remember the Samaritan woman, she was willing to drink the living water.and since you are willing, Jesus is so ready to receive you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. (James 4:8) Do not let anything hold you back from God and His forgiveness and grace. Don’t let the pleasures of sin deceive you. In time, sin will bring you pain. Also, do not let doubt or guilt hold you back, for He promises you: If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9) The Lord’s mercies are new every morning, but do not assume that you are promised tomorrow. Pray to the Lord now. After you have called upon the Lord and asked for His forgiveness, believe His promise to forgive you. He will surely cleanse you of your sins and restore you to fellowship with Him. Let His Spirit touch your heart and bring healing to your soul.

Also to add to what the others are saying, always be in the spirit with the Lord, meaning always keep reading the Word and praying. Also when you feel like you are about to lust, in that moment keep focus on Jesus, recite some bible verses, or sing a gospel tune, just to keep your mind focused on something else.
