To dosto is video me hamne ek effective study karne ke liye 5 steps dekhe jisme sabse pehle tha:-
To learn, retreive:- jisme hamne dekha tha ki maximum log sochte hai ki learning brain me content daalna hai lekin author ke according learning brain me content daalne ke baad use recall, use retrieve karna hai.. Isiliye hamne dekha tha ki agar padhne ke baad ham book band kar ke use jitni jaldi recall karenge.. utna deta hi hame yaad rahega. aur hamare mind me memory know lag jaayehi yaani memory leakage band. Barna karte raho practice ek tarag se dhaage me moti daaloge to dusri taraf se bahar nikalte rahenge.
Next point me hamne dekha tha ki Mix up your practice: Yaani hame recall to karna hai hi lekin kis sequence me ham recall karenge ya practice karenge vo hamari memory know ko utna hi strong bana dega. Jisme hamne students ka example dekha tha ki jis group ne questions random order me practice kiye the unhone dusre students ke comparatively kaafi acha perform kiya.
Next point kehta hai Embrace difficulties:- jisme hamne dekha tha ki recalling ya true learning me actual me hamara brain structure change hota hai isiliye nayi cheez ko seekhna ek difficult task hai. To hame in difficulties ko accept karna chahiye.
next point tha Explain like i am 5:- yaani learn karne ke lbaad pehle hame us concept ko khud ko is tarah se explain karna hai jaise ham kisi 5 saal ke bache ko explain kar rahe hai jisme koi jargon nhi hai, koi difficult word nhi hai etc. Taaki ham us concept ki deep understanding ho jaaye.

The best time table that I follow I finish all my bathing , breakfast work till 9: 30 . Then I study 9:30 to 10 :30 . Then 15 min break . Then I study 10:45 to 11:45 . Then 15 min break . Then I study 12:00 to 12:30. Then a long break of 12:30 to 3:00. Then 3:00 to 5:00 study . Then long break of 5:00 to 9:00 . Then study 9:00 to 10 :30 And then I go to sleep. If you follow this timetable you can study very easily Means I am studying 6 hours . But I don't fell that . If it helps you like share with me 🙏

7:42 i started this tip for studying and it made really easy for me Earlier i was just reading and trying to memorize it but it was really ineffective Now i watch video of that particular topic then learn in which i saw significant improvement
