He was deeply affected by the cruel ragging he experienced while studying for his degree in Coimbatore. Some of the things that happened in his life at a time when he was suffering in many ways later brought about great changes in the life of the Nisam. Nisam, who had done many jobs in the country, later had to cross the sea for his family and adopt a life of exile in the Gulf, in a pursuit to make money.
