In today’s video, we are going to see how to prepare Paal Kozhukattai in Tamil. One of the famous traditional sweet recipes of South India is paal kozhukattai. Many of us are forgotten this traditional sweet Recipe of South Indian. The consistency is maintained to make the perfect and delicious dessert recipe. Here are a few tips to make the perfect dessert recipe during this quarantine. Definitely do try this sweet recipe at your home and treat your children and family members. Ingredients:
சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 1 1/2 TBSP
ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom - 3 Nos
பச்சரிசி / Raw Rice - 1 Cup
தேங்காய் / Coconut - 1/2
பால் / Milk - 1 Litre

வணக்கம்ங்க முதல் நான் செய்யும் பால் கொழக்கட்டை அரிசிமாவு கரைச்சிவிட்டு குட்டி கொழக்கட்டை இட்லிதட்டில் அவித்து முழக்க,முழக்க தேங்காய்பாலிலேயே செய்வேன் சில நேரம் சின்ன கொழகட்டைக்கு பதில் கடலைப்பருப்பை அவித்து இந்த அரிசிமாவு கலவையில் கலப்பேன்.இந்த முறை நிங்கள் சொல்லித்தந்த முறையில் செய்தேன் (என் பிள்ளைகளுக்கு மாட்டுபால் பிடிக்காது) விட்டுக்கு வந்த விருத்தினரிலிருந்து என் பிள்ளைகள் வரை மீண்டும்,மீண்டும் ,கேட்டு வாங்கி சாப்பிட்டார்கள் மிக சந்தோஷமாக இருந்தது மிக்க நன்றி சுவையோ அலாதியாக இருந்தது.

Hello sir, I Regalarly see all ur recipes and try most of them, everything came out well.. Thank you.. Your especially doing the items tat my mom use to do in day today life which helps me to learn the tricks to come out excellent... But one thing sir I'm located in North of our country here we don't get the exact raw rice which we use there for doing the traditional way of doing kozhukattai maavu.. We make this in Bihar, we give different shapes not only ball, like kids can make small utensil shapes with it.. it's fun to make. We even stuff these with paalkova and boil. I lovu ❤️ it Doodh pitha.

Master, i have succesfully done this. I improvise the recepi, adding condenced milk as well to the milk mixture. I believe we can also add some ideal milk for a milky taste. While steaming the floor, i put in 2 pandan leaves for the aroma of the floor. Master let me know if what i hv done is ok? God bless you Master. Tq for a wonderful recepi
