Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba needs to tell the agenda of his visit to America where he has plan to meet the American VIPs in presence of Army Chief Prabhu Ram Sharma as well . MCC cannot be passed by the Parliament prior to the formal declaration of the demise of the constitution .
