complaint was diesel in the oil. conclusion was a leaky injector. replaced injector with a certified pre owned injector.
2012 Peterbilt with Pacaar MX 13 engine.

Besides fuel in oil what other synthoms will u feel in the engine when one injector is bad ?

You should feel the misfire and check engine light triggered

@@Dugefrshautomotive my truck had 2 sensors bad and a fuel pressure valve bad that's why it was feeling like a bad injector now has a oil leak that can't be run 😕 seems always some bs with this paccar it only have 430xxx miles I got it when 364xxx so I be beyond on point with pms and everything so I'm changing my mind about them ... I'm looking in to volvos now

Would black smoke and misfiring be an injector? I was driving just fine and all the sudden started misfiring and black smoke out the back.

@@Dugefrshautomotive that was my first thought but I was getting full boost at the time. I took a stab at it and I installed new injectors the next day and it ran like new!

Do you need to adjust valve/check clearance on valve bridge after installation

It's definitely recommended and makes sense to do it while you have the valve cover off.

No. Computer will keep code as inactive but check engine light will go out.

One possiblity is the injector cups. But there's also other spots for fuel and coolant to mix depending on make, model, and options.... Such as at the fuel/water separator
