എന്റെ വീട്ടിലും പണ്ടൊക്കെ പെട്ടന്നു നല്ല കട്ടൻ ചായയുടെ കൂടെ ചക്കയുടെ കുരു അതിൽ നിന്നും വേർപെടുത്താതെ ചവിണി മാത്രം കളഞ്ഞിട്ട് പുഴുങ്ങി കഴിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഓർമയുണ്ട്.ചക്കയോടൊപ്പം കുരുവും വേവും.നല്ല ടേസ്റ്റാണ്.ഇതു കണ്ടപ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും അങ്ങനെ കഴിക്കാൻ പൂതിയായി.thank u mam ❤️🥰

ഞങ്ങളുടെ ചെറുപ്പകാലത്തെ ഒരു നല്ല ഓർമ. ചക്ക സീസണയാൽ വൈകുന്നേരങ്ങളിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ അടുത്തവീട്ടിൽ ഉള്ള ചേച്ചിമാരും ചേർന്ന് ഇതു ചെയ്യുമായിരുന്നു. അമ്മമാർ വീട്ടിലുള്ള വിറക് തരില്ല. ഞങ്ങൾ പറമ്പിൽ നിന്നും വിറക് പെറുക്കി വേവിച്ചു ഒന്നുകിൽ കാന്താരി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കുരുമുളക് ചേർത്ത് കഴിക്കും. അമ്മമാരും കഴിക്കാൻ കൂടും. നടുക്ക് വലിയ ഇലയിൽ വച്ചു ചുറ്റിയിരുന്നു കഴിക്കും. ഈ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ അതെല്ലാം ഓർമ വന്നു. അന്ന് കൂടെ കഴിക്കാൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നവരെയെല്ലാം വിളിച്ചു ആ ഓർമ അയവിറക്കണം എന്ന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. വളരെ നന്ദി ചേച്ചി 🙏🙏🙏
