Hello dear friends, this is my fourth Vlog and my very first Special Episode. First of all let me wish all my subscribers and viewers a very happy and prosperous Vishu. In this video, you will all see how I celebrate this beautiful festival with great divinity, dedication and enthusiasm. And those who love to cook, I have demonstrated a Vishu special Chakka Payasam, which is very easy to make. the recipe of the Chakka Payasam is given below.

Chakka Payasam
Ingredients:-
1. Jackfruit pieces or jackfruit pulp : 50 nos
2. Jaggery : 500 gm (1/2 kg)
3. Coconut milk (1st extract) : 1 1/2 cups
4. Coconut milk (2nd extract) : 2 cups
5. Coconut milk (3rd extract) : 2 cups
6. Ghee : 2 tbs
7. Cardamon powder : 1 tsp
8. Dry ginger powder : 1/2 tsp
For Garnish:-
1. Ghee : 2 tbs
2. Cashew nuts : 50 gm
3. Kismis (raisins) : 50 gm
Preparation :-
Add ingredients as per the demonstration and serve hot.
