I just watched Dawson’s Creek for the first time this year knowing full well I was going to fall in love with these two and OH BOY DID I. I’m glad they actually had their happy ending (as opposed to Jess and Rory). I know the show was all about how Dawson and Joey were “soulmates” but I think Pacey and Joey were more soulmates than those two ever were. Pacey was his best self with her. And he challenged her at every turn. 6 seasons of watching them fall in love and then come back to each other over and over literally was the definition of “set them free, they’ll come back if it’s meant to be”.

Thank God he got the girl! I know everyone is different and have different perspectives on things, but how could anyone watch this show and not see and feel their chemistry

I just don't understand why a lot of people compare them with Jess and Rory, i don't see it honestly. They have nothing in common in my opinion.
