Definitely recommend adult nappies rather than underwear! Honestly the best thing and wore then for about 6 weeks after because the pads can feel quite hard when you’re all swollen 🤍🤍

Yeh I wasn’t sure which to go for but I thought nappies would just bother me and feel a bit gross I’m gonna get some incase tho :))

@@PoppyMead I agree ! I wore them for the first 24 hours whilst your at your heaviest bleeding which I really recommend but after that I found them really frumpy under leggings etc

I literally didn't take any underwear with me other than disposable nappies as I just found they were the easiest as the amount of bleeding you experience is something else 😂.
