Primark do really good travel pack bottles and pots, you get spray bottles, screw lid bottles and little pots too for like £1.00 or £2.00 I believe xxx

And in reply to the sanex stuff Yes it's very good for 0 irritants. I have very sensitive skin and I use this and its so much better for me and I used this after birth too down there and it didn't burn like something with perfume and stuff in it xx

Hi lovely! I would just put aside some extra clothes for you and baby incase there are any complications or you have a caesarean as I had an emergency C-section with my first and my partner didn’t know what to bring from home (it just makes it easier) xx

Long charger cable, a bottle of red lucozade maybe for a quick pick me up after it always helps me especially right after when I feel sick. Also I always bring my own ibuprofen and paracetamol for afterwards so I don’t have to wait for hours for nurses to bring me some. And I always bring some dry snacks ginger nuts or some dry biscuits xx

I can’t remember if it was on the list but towels? For if you do manage to get a shower x also the hospital and health visitor told me when I brought me son how that there not supposed to be in a pram suit/ thick coat when in the car seat. Apparently they can over heat and it stops the car seat working properly as the traps aren’t snug enough on the baby if the clothing is to thick. How true it is I don’t no but thought I’d share just incase xx

I never knew about that perinee cleaning down there thing. Wish I'd known about that with my 3 lol as you've said i tore bad with all 3 and yes the recovery is sooooo painful! Ugh oh well atleast now I can advise other new mums of this lol
