OMG I love everything! Very aesthetic and pretty! I love how organized you are! Have you tried using a duffle bag for your travel? I recommend using the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane.

I have! I used to use the dagne dover duffel but I kind of love how I can actually use this tote bag as my "handbag" once I land :)

Honestly writing out a list in advance helps me so much! It saves me time too :) Then I just go down the list like a checklist

Not all nutrients can be from food, and many of them are natural herbs (not things that would be in regular food), like traditional chinese medicine, adaptogens etc. :)
