Ya made me weep a bit. I'm exactly the same, going on holiday in a few weeks and I feel so FLIPPING good in everything I'm taking. I can't say it's HRT as I'm 32 but I've definitely reached the point of body neutrality where I can just focus on enjoying the clothes I wear instead of picking on myself in the mirror. Hooray you tanned Goddess

Take the colourful basket bag! If you’re anything like me then you’ll want to just wear the neutral one that goes with everything, but the colourful one brings you joy! And you’ve packed a lot of dresses with bright colours that it wil go with :)

The blue dress top appears to be smocked. It's an embroidery technique that allows for a lot of stretch. It is a very popular style for fancy kids clothes where I live in the southern US.

I think it’s just fabulous that you are talking about being confident and pretty and happy at 45… it makes us all feel normal! I am 51 and on a HRT journey too and am finally pretty confident in my own body and taking up space and wearing clothes I like and ALL THE THINGS!!! You go girl -and take both bags if they’ll fit! Why limit your ✨ sparkle ✨you golden goddess!! (The earring back issue - buy some plastic/rubber backs from Amazon, they grip earring really well x)

Emma you are a tanned goddess! I use the dove stuff too as I fall very firmly into the pale and interesting category otherwise. I can totally relate to what you felt about your holiday outfits. For the first time in a very long time I felt happy and confident on holiday. I planned my outfits in advance and it really helped rather than just chucking anything in the case.

I use a self tan coloured mousse, you can see where you are putting it so no streaks yay :) For tanning your back you can buy a back applicator x

I actually really appreciate it when you say what colours things are. I am colour blind and in certain lighting, I can't actually tell. Pink and grey can look very similar. Green and yellow. Blue and purple is possibly my biggest struggle! :-)

Love. For the creases when you're away hang it in the bathroom while someone has a shower the steam helps the creases drop out 😊😊👍

Hi Emma , I loved your 1,2,and 5th dress on you especially . Your first swimming costume looked nice. You don’t need to wear things that make you feel pretty as YOU ARE a pretty lady anyway. I like the multi coloured wicker basket but they will both go with your outfits. IUs women have so much to remember to take with us . Men and boys are so lucky . Hope you all have an enjoyable holiday. You seem very excited and happy .

Packing tip for if you have a lot of bulky items, youre packing a lot, or need more space: Buy compression cubes instead of packing cubes. They work the same way, but (as the name states) you squeeze all the air out to compress them! Theyre about the same cost as well & you can use both compression and packing cubes where you need!

Circle movement when doing tan also do a day of tan and then a day of moisturiser 🧴 so every other day when your happy with the colour then just moisturiser
