Honestly, I love your videos. This one, even though not that inventive" (but still very inspiring!) was perfect to wind down after work- your content is always so grounding and calming while staying entertaining. Bento boxes help a lot with my ED, I love filling them with a wide variety of nicely prepared snacks and meals, it really romanticizes and normalizes food for me :) Hopefully you have the little sauce cup or anything like that, it feels so freeing to know it's totally normal and acceptable to fill it up with a dense sauce. I wish you the best of luck in recovery.

Thank you for sharing. As a new vegan, I struggled with finding a suitable lunch while working in the field. I live in South Carolina, which does not have vegan friendly restrauants. The hummus pinwheel us perfect for my lunch and fits in my bento box nicely. Keep up the good work

Try the violife shreds and slices of cheese. I would think a video of trying to make grocery store made food on shelves taste like the ingredients on the back of the food container if that makes sense like Amy’s soups homemade from following the ingredients list on the back.

I LOVE the monbento boxes, however I was only able enough to figure out *snack* ideas, and not so much full *meal* ideas. When I was in school I would bring this type of food and a few other snacks like fruit, chips, and a sandwich, and I would still end up having to go to taco bell before the day was up lol. I do also eat a lot since I am super active, so I'm not sure if this would be okay for someone more sedentary, like working a 9-5 then going home to watch tv type of thing. Thanks for the video! (:

It definitely won’t leak! I think it will stay warm - I suggest filling the container w/ boiling water first for a few minutes, then draining and adding your soup!

Is the MB element bento leakproof? I’ve been looking for any type of thermos that is wide enough at the lid so I can eat like if it’s a regular bowl and this looks pretty close. I’m trying to pack soups for work so wanted to bring stuff like Pho, Bun Bo Hue, etc..

I’m not a fan of this style of lunch boxes. I prefer having something I can heat up for lunch rather than cold food. And I find that if you store crunchy foods (like the crackers or chips) with fresh foods like cucumber, the moisture from the other foods make the crackers go soft 😷
