I'm amazed how u were able to make packing clothes entertaining. Actually, a lot of it has to do with the fact you were talking to us while u were doing it. So it felt like we were visiting with you for the time the video lasted. Your fun to visit with, so sitting thru the vid was actually really easy. )

I remember packing for Saranac in 1975 - my first YL camp. Mom helped me pack - she had most of everything I needed laid out on my bed. I packed it all into one suitcase It was a last second decision to go with the help of my local YL leader to sponsor me. Meet the bus in the pouring rain. 12 hours later I arrived at Saranac Village for the happiest, most fun week of my teen years. Young Life helped me survive high school. I only wish I stayed with them after graduation.
