I was wondering if there is a certain thickness of the cellophane so that it will not cause wrinkling and imprint into the denture.

Cellophane actually comes in a universal pack of DPI. And it will only cause wrinkling if it is not spread properly. And imprint or wrinkling can be removed during trimming and finishing process

Tell me about heat cure mix after I have palm burn sensation vary much ,so you have any solution .. I also concerned Dr but I am using water for daily routine in water contact .palm have more pain..

Use Vaseline prior to mixing of heat cure. It's because it is an exothermic process which liberates heat so don't use it for a long time
