What does LCR 3 state

At WM we have LCR or life critical rules, basically a fancy way of saying you get caught breaking one of these rules your fired no if ands or buts I work in a landfill not on the streets so we have different life critical rules so I can't tell you what number 3 would be for these guys.

@@dickhead0423 it’s not hard to cycle it yourself. And when you do it yourself, you know exactly when it’s happening and won’t lose an arm. Plus you’re already on the back of the truck, just cycle it. Those bullshit safety laws were put in place because people like you exist.

@@staintedcards Totally different industry, however I get this a lot when working. I'll have an older laborer with me doing the grunt work. In certain union locals they'll let me (the driver) help, in others, its a minimum of 1 grand fine for everything I do. I've been fined for standing on road tape while talking on the phone. "standing on tape is laborers work!" Like I'm not trying to take someones job, I just roam when talking on the phone.

Yes it may not look like it but it makes the throwers job a little bit easier (yes i do this job)

I do this job as well as a single man route,I usually get all the way to one side instead of blocking the whole road,.I drive over 400,000 miles per year and have hauled in a single trip 17 tons out of pretty rural area and back roads,

Well we take this service for granted and the people who do this for a living. Its one of the most important jobs out there. We can't imagine living in a society without waste management.

Yard waste stays in my garage till 7a.m I'm the guy not putting stuff out the night before to get rained on. Thank you, wish everyone appreciated you as much as I do.

It doesn’t go to the landfill. They dump it in a separate place and compost it

Per wm company policy yes it has to stop all the way before somebody gets off. And you can't back up with somebody riding on the back , they have to dismount first .

I’ve worked with guys who can do tricks ride with one foot off and everything lol. Plus handle levers while moving. Not gonna 🧢 though and act like I haven’t slowed down every time I see them doing any that 😆
