Your videos and recipes are great, but with the youtube shorts.. I'm not a fan of the presentation. Everything transitions too fast you can barely tell what's being added.

@@arfriedman4577A good one is Pailin’s Kitchen’s Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles). She’s just a very good person to get authentic Thai recipes from, and very fun to watch! Also I can guarantee it’s super delicious, even without fresh Ho Fun noodles (I have to use dried large rice noodles).

For more information, search for Pailin’s Kitchen’s video on Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles); the 3 minute one, since its most recent. But in that video she explains that the noodles aren’t drunk-it’s the person eating it because it’s supposed to be very, very spicy (so it’s supposed to help sober them up a little bit).
