I just bought your 2 blade spiralizer and I hate it. No matter how hard I try, the noodles are more like broken rice, and the ribbons are uneven and broken. I am using a sweet potato. Maybe I should have bought this one instead.

Paderno USA Is there any product that has a blade for peeling and blade for spiralizing vegetables? i dont want to buy to separate products and I dont have time to sit and peel sweet potatoes and squash on my weekend meal preps

Parderno -- please provide a better manual with the spiralizer! It's ridiculous what is now with the product. Doesn't show how to set it up well nor collapse it (4-blade one). Why not include a short CD on set up and storing the unit and examples of how each one makes the spirals. I love the product right now--but the hassle of the whole thing leaves me not liking your company's lack of caring about your customers!!
