Yes, but not ALL Seiko movements hit the marks. Also takes an accurate dial layout and precise hand installation.

Have the v3 absolute beauty but the metal band fell apart looks/feels much better on a NATO.. love it to peaces and better stats than the original for change money..

Yeah, the bracelet looks good, but quality isn’t up to par with the watch head. Spring bars are the first point of failure.

I prefer quartz to mechanical watches and if possible aim for small second hands watches. They nearly all seem to hit the markers over watches with a long seconds hand and markers at the far edge of the dial 👍

Nice! I've had some small seconds that are off, and some that only print every 5 seconds...because they're going to miss them! I like your plan, though.

Yeah, I also prefer (good) qwartz movements. Mechanical movements are awesome from an engineering standpoint, and fascinating to look at (especially in a skeleton watch). But qwartz movements are simply more practical and have way better price/performance

As someone who still thinks of quartz as an upgrade to mechanical watches, this pleases me deeply! My old quartz DeVille hits the markers perfectly like this.
