@@fletcherreed3259 Unless something very odd occurs, Biden needs only three of the seven battleground states to win 270-268 in the Electoral College. Those would be the ones he is leading, tied or slightly behind in: Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan. I would say that the Harry Reid machine without Harry Reid is finally wearing out. Nevada is probably gone for Biden. Unless there is an unexpected massive turnout of Black voters in Georgia, it is probably gone too. North Carolina, Florida are pipe dreams for Biden. If he wins those, he destroys Trump. No one expects that. But again, MI, WI and PA (and the one EV from the Omaha area in NE) gives him a 270-268 win and four more excruciating years for the rest of us of Trump's alternating fulminating, whining and sitting as a defendant in this and that trial. I'm wondering what laws he is breaking right now in his effort to be reelected.

@tomcoates4022 As do I. In any (legal) case, the theoretical goal is to have the unvarnished truth come out. The tone and demeanor of these hosts are what strike me. Ari and Chris discuss counter points, and when the prosecution has an uphill climb. Media from other countries also do a better job of delivering all the points, than these particular hosts, IMO. The prosecutors just gave Trump a victory regarding the case, (and I despise Donald Trump and I didn't vote for him and would NEVER vote for him)! He has not one redeeming quality in him. Why do I feel they handed him a victory? Because of this question to Michael Cohen: "Did you alter or modify the audio recording of your conversation with Trump"? So, because the defense is going to bring up that he lied (on Trump's behalf mind you), let THEM, the defense bring it up, IF they would have brought it up. Then he could remain calm and simply say "No I didn't" and that would be more effective saying that to the defense. I really think that was a bad idea.
