Very many thanks for an excellent and extremely informative video Dr Candy. I still haven’t a clue what the problem with my knees is. I had them x-rayed about 30 years ago and my Dr just told me it’s arthritis and I would need surgery done for them down the line. Sadly, he jumped ship when Covid came along! The knees now are very painful, but..! The only thing I’ve noticed is that when standing both make an awful crunching noise all around, more than that I just don’t know! If you have any ideas, I’d most certainly appreciate your advice. BTW. I’m in England, UK where our Drs are seldom there!

Your symptoms sound like mine , I had the knee " bone on bone" , where are no cartilage in between , making loud crunchy sound when I move my knees, I end up having 2 total knee replacements, check with orthopedic, don't live with the pain!
