ਇਹ ਦਸੋ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਜੀ ਕਿ ਜਿਨਾਂ ਮੁਲਾਜਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗ੍ਰੇਡ ਰਵੀਜਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੀ , ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਫੈਕਟਰ 2.59 ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਆਦਾ ?

Bhai sahb ji Ssa Bhai sahb ji 31-8-2018 nu Pre mature retirement lai si lagbag 24 years di service to baad . Mainu gratuity ten lakh mili si. Hun mainu gratuity ten lakh to jyada as per serving length dae hisab nal jyada mili gi ya nhi ji. Regards.

PSPCL has revised PY band of ALM LM, LDC U DC and Sr. No 17 Supdt. Grade I from 1.12.2011. I was retired on 1.1.2011 as Supdt. Grade I and PSPCL has revised my grade pay from 1.12.2011 .now question is whether PSPCL will revise my Pay band from 1.12.2011

What about 4 9 14 ਤਰੱਕੀ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ change ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਯਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਵਾਂਗ same ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ centre ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਾਵ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ 8 16 24 ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ

Sir please bataye head Teacher joining 1/10/2019 Pay after probation 10300+4400=14700 14700*2.25=33075 Ya Initial pay head Teacher 17400*2.25=39150 Sir please clarify this Meri basic kitni hogi
