In this video, Gilbert Audira from Chung Yuan Christain University will introduce how to do painkiller screen in zebrafish by assessing the behavioral alterations after caudal fin amputation. Indomethacin and diclofenac were found to be safer and more effective in ameliorating fin amputated-fish behaviors. The combination of Indomethacin and diclofenac showed synergistic effects after systemic and oral administration.
