I blast and paint equipment for my business. I use a weed burner to bubble the powdercoat up. Then sandblast it. Makes a huge difference. Blasting powder sucks ass.

If you put a air hose in the bucket with a T on it then it was through this, and it makes it work better for the set up you have.
