If you were to meet Joe on the street and didn't know who he was, you would think he was just another ordinary guy, but if you saw him pick up his brushes and start a painting or mural, you would realize he is definitely not an ordinary guy at all. You would realize you were watching a genius at work.

I absolutely love this guy and his god like ability to create beautiful scenery right from scratch while making use of such varieties of gorgeous and vibrant colors. People like him who have these gifts are very valuable in this world and are very underrated!

I am so incredibly jealous of you, Joe. You see the world in ways most of us can only dream of. If only we had the time. I should have started a lifetime ago. Congrats on your show! If there is anyone who deserves it, it is you!

I love the way you observe and play with the colours of the paint to create the illusion of a truly imaginary and yet realistic scene

I highly recommend anyone who is seriously wanting to further your knowledge and skills...on canvas or however, I have Joe's lessons and wow...What a library full of great info. Just watch these...and after it all soaks in..pick up a brush and you will find you learned so much...thanks Joe...beautiful piece..congrats on your show...a dream to attend...and may God allow me to attend a workshop one day. Your paintings are so beautiful, I always watched your videos throughout the few yrs and thought you'd create wonderful pieces on canvas...thanks so much for all your time and sharing your knowledge..God bless Joe..best wishes...

In order to paint like Joe you must be able to see the world like Joe and that takes a lifetime of simply..looking.

Not Tryin' To Hear You! Your name says it..(not tryin to hear you)....your not listening...nor seeing...that is the purpose of Joe producing his DVDs...his commentary in explaining his methods and why is a way of seeing....him... With your theory...no one would learn...not even in workshops...classes etc. Of course everyone sees color...things differently...why do you watch if you believe this...your comment makes no sense..nor applies to responding to mine...not trying to hear you..add and see...

Joe, gorgeous painting, the butterfly took it over the top. I tremendously understand and appreciate your systematic approach to painting and the way you see things as being organized and systematic. Sure helps me to believe I can learn this stuff too and be able to do it also which is very exciting. Congratulations on your show, wish I could be there. May have to ask my husband to take me on a vacation to Flagstaff so I can be in one of your workshops. Believing someday I'll be able to actually do that! Have a great week.

Hi Joe. I´m an landscape artist from Copenhagen and I just love your landscapes, and what a great teacher you are at the same time. I would love to see your art exhibition in august and meet such a great talented artist like you. I´m not at your level, but i got my own still. I do study nature a lot, like you do. But i love to go crazy with colours in my landscapes......LOL.

I really appreciate your efforts in explaining things in a beginners way,why things are done, and not just what to do, you're a great teacher, I admire yet can't imagine the amount of time you have spent on your craft, I really like hearing your thought process about how things can be visually represented. Is there anything you still struggle with? you seem to be a great problem solver as things arise. thanks again for all the great information.

Hello, I've been enjoying watching your water painting videos and I was wondering if you had a video about the kinds of brushes you use for smooth blending? I thought I had seen a thumbnail about choosing brushes but I cannot find it.

Thanks for the video, it has helped me a lot. I am going to try very hard to make at least your show, if not the workshops too. With the workshops, do we have to sign up or anything, is there a cost of admission, and do we need to bring anything like supplies?

What paint colors do you use for your murals? Do you just walk into a paint store and ask for straight red, yellow, and blue? By the way, I'm a huge fan of your work, your videos are part of the reason I got back into painting!

Hi, Joe. I've been watching your videos for half a year now and I am totally amused by your work!!! You are incredibly talented and at the same time really humbled person!!! Thank you! I want to get an advise from you. We are planning a kids camp and the topic will be : "You are the light for the world", with the theme - City Of Light. What comes to your mind? Any ideas? Thank you so much, Joe. Be blessed!!!
