Titanium white (Williamsburg)
Cobalt Teal (Gamblin)
Transparent Orange (Gamblin)
Asphaltum (Gamblin)
Indigo (Winsor & Newton)
Paper:
Arches Oil Paper

Hi Cath, I love your work! I especially enjoy watching your process and how you confidently use your knives and scrapers. Can you please tell me how you keep your panel from moving while you paint? Do you have sticky tape behind the panels? And what panels do you use and do you prepare them first? Thank you for your inspiration!

I’m using Arches oil paper in this painting. It doesn’t need to be primed. I just tape it to a board and get painting.

This one is so beautiful ❤ Do you feel it is easier to use a scraper with cold wax than a brush?

It’s a very different experience using a scraper instead of a brush. Also the cold wax ruins the brushes, so I don’t like to use a brush if I can avoid it.
