In this second video on painting light and shadow shapes, I use a vertical format on gessoed 300lb Fabriano Artistico Watercolor Paper. I'm trying to use two values - one representing the light shapes and another representing the shadow shapes. It's a very interesting process and have always loved it. I painted this way in watercolor for several years before I moved to acrylic abstracts. This is the first time I have experimented with this type of painting in acrylic.
