25 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਦ ਪੂਰੀ ਪੈਨਸਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਪੇ ਕਮਿਸਨ ਦੀ ਸਿਫਾਰਸ਼ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ । ਇਸ ਸਬ੍ੰਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿਓ ਜੀ ।

Sir, please refer to CWP 14086-2024 in this judgement it is clearly mentioned that if a person has rendered more than 6 months service during last year of service then he is entitled to annual increment because rules provides that if a person has completed more than six months service he would deemed to have completed 12 month s service for the purpose of grant of increment. This judgement also relates with judgement explannin g by you. This judgement is acceptable in Punjab State or not Please clear this point Thanks

I retired on28 02 2014. I got extension in service and actually got retired on29 02 2016.pb got had decided to pay arrears 6% to the employee/pensioners on31 12 2015.I retired from education deptt😮 from the post of dy director ee Pb.Ihave denied to pay me the arrear of enhanced DA on 31 12 2015.please help.

Please let me know, I retired as sdo from local body deptt punjab on 31.03.2023 and my annual increment due on April 1st, Does I am eligible to get all financial benefits like Leave encashment and graduity, which will be more due to refixation of basics pay
