Hi Phil Could you please do a vid on how to tackle essays in the unit 1 exam. Thanks
@MIddleJaman10 жыл бұрын
Unit 1 exams are easy. Check the mark scheme. In multiple choice, always describe any keywords such as Opportunity cost; then prove which questions are right and disprove questions that are wrong.

Thank you kind sir, you're incredible. Keep making these videos! Could you go onto macro economics now? But before you do, could you do a video on de-merit and merit goods?

That's actually a major issue with the idea, he probably didn't mention it because he does actually live in Athens.

At 8:00 MSC = MPC + externality so a shift in the MPC will surely just shift out the MSC by the same amount and not effect welfare? Please explain so confused

+Manfred Badonde Hi, I'm not sure if I'm 100% correct, but when Tax is imposed it reduces the amount of negative externalities (such as smoking, as demand would lower due to higher cost's meaning that the market output is closer to Social Output) this would lower or keep MSC the same I assume, meaning that the Welfare loss would have been reduced. hope this helps

Did the video mention how to correct positive externalities?
