@@sandipanadhikary9176 There's no REAL rasogola. There are 2 varieties, namely Bengali and Odia style. Both of them were identified separately and given GI tags namely 'Banglar Rasogulla' and 'Odia Rasagola'. There was no GI tag for REAL rasogola 😂 FYI: Rasogola is being offered to Mahaprabhu Jagannath in Rath Yatra, Puri since time immemorial. (atleast 12th century) In 2017, when West Bengal got its Rosogolla's Geographical indication status, the Registry office of India clarified that West Bengal was given GI status for 'Banglar Rosogolla'. And similarly, Odisha was given GI tag in 2019 for 'Odia Rasagola'. So, check the facts before blabbering nonsense.

@@sandipanadhikary9176 Tum bhi thoda research karlo adha adhura baat padhke reply mat kia karo. You also got the GI tag of your own type not the creator or orginator of rasagolla. There is no such real and unreal rasagolla, both have their own recipe and taste. You have the spongy one and Odisha has the softer one. BTW if you see the history of rasagolla which is originated from the Jagannath Temple at that time the west Bengal has not born yet. And at that time west bengle was ruled by an Odia King.

I am North Indian but can tell that south Indian are masters in delicious food especially Karnataka & Tamil Nadu. There are so many varities like Dosa, Idli, Vada, Rasam, Upma, Utthapam, Sambhar. Always every dish has taste of Coconut, Kadhi 🍂leaves.

To be honest, the top 5 popular street food in urban areas here in our Assam are: 1. Phuska (Panipuri/Golgappa) 2. Chowmein 3. Momos 4. Chicken lollipops 5. Singara (Samosa) The Tekeli Pitha, Borpitha/Telpitha, etc. are more popular in comparatively rural areas or in Trains. Eating Tekeli Pitha and Laal Saah (Chai) in train journeys is an amazing experience.

These are just street food items. Under main course you will find literally hundreds of items in each state. Vegetarian preparations are difficult to master than non veg dishes but the variety is really limitless.

In INDIA you can get variety of Veg & Non Veg Dishes. Even cooking oil is different in states like In Southern part dishes can be cooked in coconut oil, in northern part ground nut & soybean in eastern parts mustard oil & in western parts cottonseed oil & the flavors of different spices make it unique for each state. VEG DISHES IN MP 1- Dal Bafla 2- Sev Tamatar ki sabji 3- Sabudana Khichdi 4 - Bharta & Baati 5 - Palak Puri NON VEG DISHES IN MP 1- Gosht korma 2- Kebabs 3- Roghan josh 4 - Kadaknath Chicken dish

Yes thre are much more dishes, I am frm jharkhand and i am telling apart frm dhuska-barra, pitha and malpua, (1)mudwa khassi(mutton), (2)teknas(made from naturally grown wild mushroom), (3)bas-khukhadi(mushrooms originated around bamboo plants), (4) rugda or futka (Naturally grown plants in small egg shape with meat texture like mushrooms but not mushrooms), (5) bas-kril ka bhunjia(bamboo-shoots), (6) bachka(big leafs of arabi or pekchi rolled with besan and spices. These rolls are boiled, cut into pieces and boiled in curry, serve with rice) and (7) lal saag are dishes which u will find only on jharkhand.

One suggestion for Mausam, please don't wear this T shirt in the videos as from neck area it looks dirty. Don't take otherwise, as Imam wear descent cloths, in comparison it looks odd. Here street food changes in every city of every state and the street food here also changes on changing locality in the same city. So this is less than 0.001% the street food of India. Please come here and explore the taste of diversity.

This video I would say is very deceptive because nobody actually knows the origin of most of these food. Saying "ghughni" belongs to Bihar might sadden west bengal and vice versa for jhal mudhi. "Peetha" is eaten in bihar and jharkhand alike so in that manner. But good try.

Like- MP me Seekh kabab sirf Bhopal ke old area ka item hai baaki state me most popular street snacks me Moong-daal ki kachori harek towns me harek market me milegi.
