I knew they were up to something with taxis on the mountains, it’s not fair collude and charge those kind of prices to people who are stuck with no other way to get home

@@philbland You can't really blame them fuel is almost rs300 / 1$ here & everything is expensive asf maintenance, eatery & everything. Worth mentioning car consumes more fuel when going up the mountains. Even if you'd have taken Uber/Careem they' wouldn't of have had taken you on a ride to Monal they make private deals because we don't get a ride back from there nor does internet work up there.

@@philbland Most of the taxi drivers in Islamabad are pahari punjabi speaking people. They are known to be conniving and scamming. If you had a pashtun driver, it couldve been a different story but pashtuns dont drive taxis in Islamabad.

They were accepting my Kareem ride and then changing the price and this guy tried to charge me double

No they accepted the ride at one price then I went to look for the car and they tell me on phone that it’s a different price

Brother Phil by virtue of this vlog v not find any scam , look 1st driver dropped u there u even stoped to see monkey. After meal ,2nd driver asking 4000 he didn't force u . Forien or Pakistani its up to us v accept prices without being judgemental. Most of Pakistani upright big hearted thy may b poors yet thy open their doors to serve guests thy may b facing problems yet thy smile u urself experience goodness in Pakistan its not some hidden secret. Look if u read all comments on today's vlog one even saying police must catch him , y would police catch taxi driver who he innocent, high police low prices its their job to earn its up to us v accept prices .
