Puri and Bhatura are different from each other… Puri is made of wheat flour and Bhatura is made from refined flour in which flour is kneaded with curd and fermented in it,

Bhature is not Puri. Puri is made of wheat atta, bhature is made of maida or other mixed flour

Bhature is different than poori. Bhature dough has to be fermented with yeast or yogurt. Poori is made with regular dough.

there are many sweets naming aggarwal sweets in delhi and all are just okay they all are diffrent owners who was orignal know one knows but there are many gol gappa walas in delhi which serve authentic and quite awesome chaats. and gol gappas in delhi has suji and atta both its your choice to have which one pani puri of mumbai and poochka from kolkata is very diffrent gol gappa is most identical with pakistan i guess although never visited there bro.

آپکو یہ جانکر اور بھی تعجب ہوگا کہ الیکٹرک رکشا یعنی "tirri" چھوٹے چھوٹے گانو اور قصبوں میں پچھلے 15سالوں سے چلن میں ہیں میٹروپولیٹن سٹی میں تو یہ صرف ہوا شفاف رہنے(pollution) کی وجہ سے لاؤنچ ہوئے ہیں صرف 3سال سے😅

Aggarwal sweets delhi me har corner pe milegi aur sab jagah yhi likha hota hai we have no branch 😅 actually ye local shops hoti hai ye koi franchise nhi hai like haldirams or bikanerwala... Isiliye jo bhi sweets ki shop kholta hai mostly uska naam aggarwal sweets hi milta yha hai delhi me😅

Pani Puri mumbai me bolte hai. Delhi me gol guppe bolte hai. Mumbai ki pani Puri ki puri pathli hoti hai, unlike in Delhi which has thick Puri.

He is showing areas like old Delhi and those are very congested and over crowded. I visit these areas hardly once or twice in 5 to 10 Years. Most of the delhi is very well developed and modern and much less crowded unlike areas like Batla house, old Delhi which are having huge muslim population.

I have been living in Delhi since 2013 and since then I have been seeing e rickshaw and also I used to commute to office from New Ashok Nagar to Noida Sec 16 via e rickshaw back in 2013.

Aggarwal sweets is spreading each and every corner in Delhi. But few shop link this just to tell people that we have distinct taste write we have no branch.... Because Aggarwal sweet shop name doesn't mean all shop with this name have same owner.

Chole bhature is different from chole puri.... Bhature khamir maide se bante hai aur inke ander paneer ki halki si stuffing hoti hai... Chole puri se jyda better taste hota hai chole bhature ka... Bhature soft aur flufy hote hai
