You should take more protein than carbs try doing it 1 brown bread with 2 eggs or 1 egg or if you're taking 2 brown breads try taking 2 eggs with it. Protein is important for weight loss.

Mame pora din ap kati rehti ho wo B high calories food . Mi to morning mi breakfast kar ke aksar sham 6 baji kata ho . Kabi kabi beskit kah lita ho but Akshara died per rahata hun . Hira ho 20 kg 1 month mi kise kam ho geya . Esha kih di ka 20 kg bar geya to muji yaqin aa jye ga .

You can set the time according to routine. On week days when I go to office I do 8-4 Take last meal at 4. You can set the timing according to your routine
