I just saw your as well other Pakistanis' reactions to same video HOSTEL and everyone were either not laughing or just laughing. Problem doesn't lie not in your sense of humour ; you have it BUT Didn't you see How audience in the video was laughing at every line (Didn't it surprise you Why you were not understanding the comedy behind it )? When I saw this video HOSTEL; I was in tears while laughing . Problem lies somewhere else. The way of living life is completely DIFFERENT than than any Pakistani lives. We drink alcohol; Our girls drive scooties and cars; They wear ,whatever they want to wear ; We are far open society that Pakistan has; at least comparatively with lot more scope for improvement. You can't believe such kind of stand comedy being enjoyed by females and males together at one place in your country. I know you guys sometimes feel envious in your living room talks which you won't reveal here for the fear of your so called SOCIETY. Please Don't mind because I wasn't rude here.

See we cannot put everything under the carpet in the era of Information Technology. I feel no offence..because I know there was a time 30-35 years back when we also used to be conservative society. But now it's just 180 degree...There may be many pockets in rural areas where I can expect . Somehow we have evolved ourselves. That's why I guarantee , you will definitely get a culture shock whenever you VISIT India.

It reflects the image of society at large...How women would have been empowered in a particular society. You talk about big cities... I live here in Punjab in a smaller city as compared to Mumbai, Delhi etc;Girls are being empowered. They are moving out to pursue their dreams . They drive scooties, cars...wear what they want to wear. Living alone in other cities..They are engineers and other kinda professionals. One such girl is our tenant who is computer science engineer,working in a big IT company , living all alone away from her home 300 KM away.That's the change we have seen in our society for last 25 years. Women are equally contributing to our country's economy.. India is 5th largest economy NOT on the basis of men only, OK ? Introspect...
