There is a reason why this would appeal more to an Indian audience that to someone from Pakistan, and it has nothing to do with the 'cheating' theme. The most unique and refreshing thing about this act was the the candidness with which the guy admitted that the OBC status gives people an unfair advantage, and that people from OBC/ SC/ ST categories cry 'discrimination' when they are not able to extract a further unfair advantage beyond what they have already received. I don't think I have ever seen an OBC/SC/ST background person say these things publicly and candidly before. This video goes into uncharted territory, but since this guy is not an Indian, he doesn't realize that it does.

No bro You have to know Khadiboli type hindi which is spoken in Western Uttar Pradesh... You said UP which includes east up and central up... West UP is completely different from rest of UP.... So there is no such thing called UP hindi as up is very diverse... His hindi accent is of West UP (Khadiboli)

Here is the thing, ye comedy acts and web series hai na jo wo India ki roz waali cheezo pe based hai, jaise ye comedy vid mein Meerut ka zikr hua, toh wo Indians hi jaante hai ki Meerut U.P. me ek jagah hai and waha kya kya hota hai isliye wo humlog ke liye funny tha but aap ke liye shayad naa ho. Same thing goes for Kota factory , ye hum Indians hi jaante hai ki Kota me bacche jaate hai IITJEE ki preparation karne, and hum hi jante hai ki JEE kitna tough hota hai ,toh wo aapke liye samjh paana bohot mushkil hoga.
