And probably you have not noticed two phrases (1) it’s a socialising zone and (2) there are FORTUNE 500 companies offices are there.

In india since last 5 year every telecom company is giving free 24*7 free any time any duration with very minimal monthly package like 150 indian rupees per month and also in same package 60-70 GB Internet with high speed then unlimited data with low speed . So in 150rs in a month unlimted call and unlimited internet access in india
