Weather in Bangalore is amazing I can say that I used to wear a shirt 3-4 days while I was in a training there because you never feel humidity. Coming from Kerala that was a blessing ❤️. It's a beautiful city. But My Personal Favourite Is Mumbai.

Friends I am a bangalorian . As for the city is concerned there are two parts in the city. One is south Bangalore . Which is modern but completely treditional. You can call south Bangalore as the soul of the city . Another is North Bangalore which is too modern and absolutely commercial.. Those who want to live in a calm and quiet atmosphere they prefer south Bangalore. Those who like hectic like and ultra-modern life they prefer North Bangalore.

I also lived banglore from 1981 to 1984 .. From 1st standard to 3rd standard I studied there.. Environment is absolutely the same whole year.. There is Very beautiful atmosphere and environment in whole India..I suggest everyone at least 1 time you have to visit the most beautiful state of India the only Banglore.. I liked the observations that you guys made. You sure caught on to the salient points of the video. As a Bangalore old timer, the unfortunate thing I would point out is that it has grown too big too fast. The IT boom which is the root cause of this boom has resulted in a serious degradation of the city's ecological quality, a dreadful increase in the cost of living, severe pollution, water and electricity shortage, housing shortages, and other issues. But still for me it is the dearest of cities.... my hometown! I'm glad that Ivana has showcased the good parts while going easy on the not so good ones :)

So truly said. I still remember my childhood days walking in Malleswaram where the huge trees on both sides used to form an umbrella over the road. Most have been either cut down for road expansion or flovers and underpasses. Also the beautiful circles like Mekhri circle, Corporation circle, Richmond circle with full of flowering plants in them...all of them vanished. Have to see in pictures and cherish :-(

South India is the gem of India. Every state and its people really work hard to preserve their culture and tradition yet make a faster move towards modernization than the rest of India. Less corruption, better medical facilities, better transport, better quality education .... you name it. Bangalore will always be my favorite city. Have a look at vlogs of the restaurants of Kolkata,. There are many that are 100 years old, several over 150 years old, and a few over 200 years old, many operating with a virtually unchanged menu since inception. There is even a small juice shop in North Kolkata - Paradise - a pre-Partion favourite of your Iskandar Mirza BTW - that has been serving the same juices and NOTHING else for over 100 years. The Calcutta Cricket and Football Club club for eg, owns and runs the second oldest cricket ground in the world (after Lord's, London): its clubhouse - that has functioned since inception - still serves some dishes unchanged since 1783, when the club started out. Then for eg, there is a restaurant in the historic Great Eastern Hotel in Central Kolkata that itself has operated since the 1820's, but reputedly stands at the site of an eating house that predated Kolkata's first settlement by the British in 1693.
