Pakistani Spanish Omelette Recipe By Food Fusion
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 3 medium
-Namak (Salt) to sprinkle
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 3
-Anday (Eggs) 5-6
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil for frying
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Directions:
-Cut potatoes into thin slices,sprinkle salt,mix well & set aside.
-Cut onion and green chilies & set aside.
-In bowl,add eggs,black pepper powder,salt,red chili crushed,red chili powder,whisk well & set aside.
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry potatoes for 2-3 minutes.
-Add onion and mix well.
-Add green chilies and cook until onions are translucent then take out and add in egg mixture and mix well.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil and egg mixture,spread evenly and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Cover and cook for 2 minutes more then turn carefully and cook other side for 2-3 minutes or until done.

-Aloo ko thin slices mein cut ker lein aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Pyaz aur hari mirch ko bhi cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anday,kali mirch powder,namak,lal mirch crushed aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur aloo ko 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hari mirch dal dein aur pyaz translucent hunay tak paka lein phir nikal ker egg mixture mein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur egg mixture dal evenly pheela lein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dhak ker mazeed 2 minute kliya pakayein aur carefully turn ker lein aur dosri side ko 2-3 minutes or pak janay tak paka lein.
