@@nonsequitur807 Whatever you say, but they were truck tyres. I,m sorry if you were offended, but when the laminates and reinforcing integrity are removed from a tyre and replaced by vulcanised pure rubber, I for one do not wish to be a passenger in that vehicle.

Brother, are you not watching this man's videos. Any one of the trucks they produce would destroy a repaired or re tred tire. You also have to understand the huge number of agriculture and industrial uses for repair tires. And yes the road fatality numbers are shocking, but you have to take into account road conditions, cultural practices and many more factors beyond repairs made to tire. Nice work cheers

Why do you guys spot stitch your vertical up welds? When I weld frame sections I do continuous welds.

у нас силовой бампер с лебёдкой узаконить проблема,а тут захотел раму удлинить-не вопрос,захотел кузов больше-не проблема.

Силовой бампер не то что узаконивать нельзя, за него машину нужно на штраф стоянку определять до устранения нарушений с поденной оплатой постоя. Ибо нехер превращать машину в танк.

If you moved the rear wheels farther than the original location, the steering will not be correct anymore when turning. The geometry is different now.

Its a truck, those has been with many different lengths from factory. Streching frame is not anything but metalwork. You are talking bs.

@@TH-pg9hn : I'm afraid not. For a Mechanical engineer, stretching frame and moving rear wheel change the geometry of the steering. You will notice this when turning a U-turn. The turn radius is not the same anymore.

why such shitty welding,clearly the machine and electrode is capable of running a continuous weld,you risk of not penetrating the metal with such crappy spot welds
