The reason for doing this as higher end trucks cost a lot nearly 3-4 times the value that of USA. So they import smaller trucks and upgrade them

А ну да, я видел потом эти порванные в клочья зубцы задних мостов, а потом ремонтируют мосты и все при деле, ну а бубенчики и лубочные сценки на кузове по кругу как им помогают?

Great video. Love the backyard drill press, so simple, so effective. Whoever sharpens the drill bits does great job, cuts through the steel so cleanly. So glad now use extention handle to the tool to keep the hand out of firing line of the sledgehammer.

Yes when I saw those rivets drop out and then saw the dog poo coloured ones go back in I thought there's an issue. But honestly truck's over there don't do the speeds that trucks do in Western countries. The roads are worse and the loads greater so they'll be putting around not doing huge speeds like in the west.

Brother In indian sub continent only wood is suitable material for the bed making on a chassis due to bad road conditions and overloading and it do a quite good job long lasts then steel ( here mostly they prefer malaysian sal for that work )

As I checked in technical data Hino FG8J - max. load on 5th wheel at 500mm offset - 9000 kg. 9 tons. They added let's say - 2 tons in additional frame, springs, etc. So - 7 tons left. But they gonna load much more than that. Anyway - engine, gearbox, bearings, wheels, steering system, axles, differential and BRAKES are still for maximum 9 tons load. So we can exept new videos with "repairs" of broken everything what possible and impossible in this truck. What a clever guys... Once more - if increasing capacity is so easy, simple and safe, so why they don't rebuild three wheel scooter for 10 tons loads?

The maximum load is due to the fact that you can only put around 9-10 ton on one axle, they've just doubled it!

Не могу понять, зачем покупать маломощную машину потом её всю ломать до болтика и переделывать в тяжеловоз, затрачивая те же средства, что за уже готовый тяжеловоз, а потом рвать на подъёмах все зубчатые сцепления в маломощных мостах, а не проще сразу купить тяжеловоз, ну кто ни будь мне может объяснит в чём тут секрет, этой олигофрении с бубенчиками.

Это более дешевая работа, брат, и большинство грузовиков на индийском субконтиненте, которые являются 10-колесными, имеют тот же двигатель и трансмиссию, что и 6-колесные, в Индии мы должны покупать 10-колесные грузовики, поскольку такие модификации здесь незаконны, но в Пакистане это законно. поэтому они покупают маленькие грузовики и переделывают их в большие 😊😊 Это гугл перевод комментария ниже)

Молодцы. Трудятся как муравьи, каждый при деле, знает свое место и не сочкует. В нашем сервисе растянули бы на пол года. Техника безопасности ... Да всё отработано годами. Профессионализм на высоте и кувалда не слетит, наверняка доработана. Тех процесс отработан. А методы соответствуют местным реалиям. Глядя на нас, местные, сказали бы: " Используют технику не практично, на 20%...." 🤔😏
