Many senior citizens including me who are having diabetes or age related skin issues have difficulty in biometric verification and our fingerprints are difficult to recognise by machine. I fail to understand Pakistan how it respects senior citizens who have given taxes plus life to Pakistan. You should must ask these people how they will facilitate us???

Sir the video was really good , quite informative and all but please we need to protest against the increased registration prices. It’s completely unjust how you have to pay almost 10 % of the cars price to get it registered when you’re already paying 270% duty / buying a local car (Corolla/Civic) for almost 5 million now. Please take a stand against this bullshit.

سر میں نے poc کارڈ ھولذر سے گاڑی purshase کی تھی اور ٹرانسفر فی پے کردی اور اپنا بائیو میٹرک بھی کروایا لیکن poc کارڈہولڈ کے بائیو میٹرک excise افس میں اپڈیٹ ھی نہیں ہو پارہے excise کے سسٹم میں ان کو excess ہی نہی ہے 4 جنوری سے کیس pending ہے اور seller ہر جگہ جانے کو تیار ہے ۔۔۔یہ تو excise system کی خرابی ہے ۔۔اور کوئی اس کا ہل نہیں کرپارہا۔۔ director excise اس کا نوٹس لیں۔ اور اپ بھی اس issue کو دیکھیں

Registration of new cars should take place at the dealer from where the car is bought. Going to govt offices will only complicate the process as nothing will move there without greasing palms.

Thank you very much sir for providing such a very informative video regarding new online method of transfer of ownership of punjab vehicle. however Sir i am from peshawar and have a vehicle of lahore number when i enter the data in the app i.e. e pay i select the transaction district near to me 2nd when i enter the buyer data in district drop down menu shows only disctricts of Punjab province and ;not showing districts of other province i.e sindh, balochistan and Khyber Pakhtukhwa which creates issue for me kindly guide me for the same that how i enter correct district of CNIC and postal address . so that in future delivery of registration card and on registration card.

Everything is fraud here. It has been 1 month since trying to get ownership on my name but still not able to Before It was tucked at waiting for inspection. I called the Excise helpline and they asked to wait.. Later there was no data on the website, on visiting the excise office they are asking for old documents! then they ask to bring the car for inspection and bla bla bla (jsy srkari dfter tng krty) :)

I personally went through all this. It hardly takes 15 mins to get your car transferred. Initiate request on e-Pay Punjab, generate challan, pay fees and give biometric on nearest e-Sahualt. Agent Mafia will be eliminated this way .

What the alternative if a person like me having trouble biometeric verification. I feel like life going very tough for person like me in pakistan, i can't register SIM, can't easily open bank account, can't register car, may be can't buy house or plot in future though i am sending millions in remittances. I feel like i am living in a cell not in a country. My all sims registered on my wife or sister nics though that create privacy issues for me. but i can't register my cars and houses on other names. There should be a smooth process for those who have issues with biometric.

But after payment i received message: "Dear Junaid Ajmal, your application id for Transfer of Motor Vehicle against FDA-1x-xxx is 82xxxxxx Please visit nearest Nadra E-Sahulat Center/ Excise Office for Biometric Verification and documents submission." This message confused me. Can I submit car documents at Nadra E-Sahulat? I called helpline they said You don't have to submit documents anywhere just do biometric. Then i visited excise office and they said documents submission is compulsory. As per your video documents submission is not required so kindly ask authorities to rectify their message. Thanks Secondly:- I sold a vehicle few months back and asked the buyer to get car transferred to his name and he assured of doing so. But the car is still in my father's name and buyer is not answering. How to tackle this problem? What should I do?

Sir my question is that biometric must be as per Islamabad. As I am suffering. I am in abroad and buy a car. The seller biometric and transfer token is ok. But due to non available of buyer it is not possible to process further. So please go through such type of cases and trace a solution.
