Visited പദ്മനാഭപുരം കൊട്ടാരം.. Which is under Gvt of kerala. Surprised to see a dieing palace. 1.many places roofing tiles broken water falling to wood supports &getting decayed. 2.many places plastering damaged. Raw brick can be seen. If we leave it it will collapse in near future. Visited many palaces /heritage buildings/museums in different countries. They maintain well.we wil be surprised. Why dont we do proper maintenance with expert engineers visiting the place. Want to post photos which i have taken. Request you &Gvt of kerala to do needful urgently.

അതെ തമിഴന്മാരുടെ മുൻപിൽ നാണം കെടുത്തുന്ന കാര്യമാണ്. കന്യാകുമാരിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി നിരവധി നിർമ്മിതികൾ തമിഴൻ മാർക്ക് പോയെങ്കിലും കേരളത്തിന് ഭാഗ്യം കൊണ്ട് കിട്ടിയ ഒന്നാണ് പത്മനാഭപുരം കൊട്ടാരം അത് സംരക്ഷിച്ച് നിർത്തുക എന്നത് കേരളത്തിൻറെ അഭിമാന പ്രശ്നമായി തന്നെ കാണേണ്ട കാര്യമാണ്.

ഈ അവതാരികമാരെ എത്ര കേരളവേഷത്തിൽ ഇറക്കിയിട്ടും എവിടെയോ ഒരു ചേർച്ചക്കുറവ്. മലയാളിത്തം തീരെ ഇല്ല. ചരിത്ര പ്രധാനമായ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറയുന്ന പരിപാടികളിൽ ഇത്പോലെ ഉള്ള കോമാളികളെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു നശിപ്പിക്കരുത്

എങ്കിൽ തനിക്കു പോകാൻ മേലായിരുന്നോ? ഭാഷക്ക് എപ്പോഴും മാറ്റം വന്നു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും, ഇന്നത്തെ മലയാളം അല്ലെ 150 വർഷം മുൻപുള്ള മലയാളം, അതിന്റെ ഉച്ചാരണത്തിനും മറ്റും മാറ്റം വന്നു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും. അതുപോലെയാണ് ഇംഗ്ലീഷും ഇന്നത്തെ ഇംഗ്ലീഷും ഷേക്‌സ്‌പിയറിന്റെ കാലത്തെ ഇംഗ്ലീഷും തമ്മിൽ വ്യത്യാസം ഉണ്ട്. ഭാഷ എപ്പോഴും മാറ്റങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമായിട്ടുണ്ട്. എത്രയോ ഭാഷകൾ നശിച്ചു പോയിട്ടുണ്ട്

After 1956 division of states based on language...keralathil south part kure Tamilnadu poyi..at same time mookambika kshetram part of kerala ayirnu..but language based divsion athu Karnataka kondu poyi..so sad..

@@str3946 The sad part is ... still more than 60 lakh of Malayali population are residing in Kanyakumari .. and we are slowly loosing our identity here 😢. That's is more than 35% of entire Kanyakumari's population.

The Travancore kings could be great architects but also vindictive, cruel and insane. And most of all, they could be the worst sex perverts the world has ever seen . Breast Tax or Mulakkaram was a tax imposed on lower caste Hindu women if they wanted to cover their chests, including their breasts in public, in the Kingdom of Travancore,.Royal officials would travel door to door, collecting this heinous "Mulakkaram" - literally Breast Tax- from Backward, Schedule caste women who had passed puberty . Tax collectors measured the breasts and levied tax accordingly. That tax money is stored in Padmanabha temple as treasure.

periya annachi now u talk like u r insane What forms the temple treasure is clearly mentioned in travancore manual..don’t be stupid..if u have idea about these things be silent..even for person who doesn’t have any idea still won’t be stupid enough to believe that low caste families paid the breast tax in gold..if that’s the case low caste Hindus must be filthy rich then.gold and diamonds forms the treasure..mulakkaram has nothing to do with Padmanabhapuram temple treasure..don’t try to belittle it
