hey, thank you, and im really happy that you trying it.😇 a little correction: in 12th tip, you don't need to blink to a safe place (after soring+shooting) if you think you can finish the target with your next shot. so in that case you can just blink up above the head of the enemy and finish. otherwise it will be harder to hit the last shot when you are too far (tip 30) so, sorry for the incomplete tip. anyway, good luck!

thanks ☺️.. i don't play as much as i used to. main reason is the servers. in SEA servers i feel like something is pulling my leg when trying to perform fast action. and on top of that, ping varies from match to match, compared to constant ping that i had in the past with quality servers.

hey tnx bro. ❤️ yeah i don't mind spraying on me either. specially if it was a fair dual (a fair champ etc etc), then im happy about their aim and skill. but if it was an unfair dual i kinda get cringe or angry from their spraying. but i don't take it too seriously. i mean their are worst problems in life than getting sprayed in a video game right? :v anyways, since i know it can make players upset sometimes, i added it to the video anyways. also, actually you can limit the framerate even from your GPU software (Nvidia shadowplay / AMD relive). but i showed the config way because it's directly related to the game engine i think. also, there is a graphics setting called d3d9x in the menu, which gives different results for different players (on/off), so see which setting works for you there too..

1st of all, i must say im not the best person for maeve guilds on how to play meave like a pro. and infact what i showed in the video is just about how to distract enemies, for the people who can't play maeve properly just like i can't. also im known in SEA as one of the worst maevs compared to my levels. that being said, here is what i can give on how i personally play. - i have not manage to keep a consistent meave build and was always changing cards. that's why i didn't show a maeve build. and im glad i didn't. because i still don't have a consistent build - but i always use 'Chase' card (increased speed when prowling) at max. because my meave playstyle relies heavily on running all over the place as fast as possible. - i use Predation card to reduce cooldown on prowl when hitting shots. i know it's a card for Cat Burglar talent, but i use that card to prowl more = mobility. despite my Talent is Rogue Gambit. - those are the two cards im using at max. and consistent on every build i try. more thoughts about other maeve cards: - i don't like when flanks has high DR cards on top their high mobility (like having DR after you just pounce away lighting fast). so i don't like to use such cards. i just take Haven gradually. but despite my personal taste, that 'DR on pounce' card maybe a decent option. - even though i used 'kill to heal' item when playing as Evie, I don't think that item and 'heal when pounce' cards are effective for Maeve due to Maeve have no option to cleanse catarize. unlike evie. so i don't use that pounce card atm. - but i use 'heal when prowling' card atm. because i have a better chance to get healed without getting catarize that much, and it can make sense because i prowl all the time since i use the predation card. and can get back to match quickly than waiting for out of combat healing. - i don't use 'speed on pounce' card because its not enough speed for me to dodge shot's. so either i run like hell when im running, using max speed prowl, or i pounce into air and attack when the time comes without thinking about speed. thought about evies most fun Talent: for me, the fun of evie is came more from having to soar all the time in max speed rather than the talent it self. but the additional damage from the OTM Talent clearly helped to finish them and get the soar back right away. (i don't like when flanks having too much damage though. infact, the reason i switched to OTM is not about having extra damage, but because i thought Wormhole was OP, because she also has 850 damage per shot while having the double blink mobility. but little did i know that the OTM damage is so OP after you gets better at Evie) (it's more OP now thanks to ignorant devs) anyway, i have used all the Talents (TBH every talent is so powerful and annoying to play against) but i used soar cards to 100% reset the soar even when i was playing Wormhole. so yeah. soar as fast as possible you can control her (because now she can go even at 35% speed i think) and use any talent that you think is challenging to you. because having a challenge for yourself what makes it rewarding while having a fun gameplay. also, you can apply that "soar 1st instead of blinking 1st" kinda tip for wormhole as well (if you have a soar reset build) because the 1st blink you do after the soaring will probably happen on mid air. so if you blink back, you will likely blink back to an unpredictable mid air position. (i couldn't tell this in the video so i only added it into subtitles) so it maybe hard for players to guess where was your initial blink position. (i cannot guarantee for a best results but it's a thing you can try) and yeah, it takes time get used to playing without using health cards. i used health cards when playing evie at the beginning. and little by little i removed them. failed few times when i try to remove them all at once. so i had to do it slowly and relied on kill to heal. also i have to say the server has been so bad since somewhere in 2021 in SEA that i can't play maeve or any flank really well now.

hi. i DID use blink talent as the starting talent in my Evie journey (just like everyone else). then i used 100% soar reset cards on blink talent for a while (usually people don't mix those cards with blink talent, but it worked pretty well). i also played ult talent here and there. and after a while i wanted to have a bit more challenge/risk for me so i didn't hesitate to switch to soar talent and never looked back.

hm, i understand. anyway, i've seen atleast one person playing really well (some video clips on reddit). i dunno what 'gyro' control is, but stated that he uses that. and even if it's hard to move her like that with a controller, if you LIKE to play Evie, u can try distracting methods with high mobility cards.. (movement speed on blink / movement speed when coming out of ice block / soar speed / soar air time etc etc..) yeah it might not be that much effective but still, if you wanna enjoy her, that's one way to do it.. (like i play Maeve, mostly distracting with high mobility, and my aim is bad for Maeve)

@@MrHuuCares gyro controls is where you essentially tilt the controller physically to make finer adjustments to aim so w gyro you can actually perform flicks, 180's and quickly look up to blink and look down to shoot again with much more precision than sticks once you master it. Basically its budget mouse and keyboard, the closest controller can get to mouse.

@@cryptiik9311 ah i see. thanks for clearing this for me. so is it the same physical controller that you get default when you buying a PS4/PS5, that you can turn on/off gyro as a feature from game or PS. or is it a different physical controller that you have to get separately?

@@MrHuuCares so the default ps4/ps5 controllers have gyro support so they can be used with any game that has gyro support like realm/paladins. I use default ps4 controller with gyro and my friend has a diff controller on ps4 that does not support gyro so when he enables gyro in game it doesnt do anything.

I'd rather play a champ that's fun for me rather than playing a champ that's not that much fun for the solo purpose of winning. means, if Evie is fun for you. go for it. when i was playing evie, i didnt care that much about winning. yet i had so much fun despite my average performance at the time. for me, fun > win but hey, it's upto you.

low sensitivity maybe not a huge deal if you move your hand very fast when needed.. (im guessing). but high ping is a huge disadvantage for your peak performance :/, specially with the crappy servers nowadays they use. those days i've played few times with 120ping in a different region. it's still possible to get kills, but it's hard to do it if they are looking at you when you strike, compared to low ping servers. they needs to be looking away from you and you need to wait for that moment and strike from behind. (at least that was my experience for the few times I've played in high ping. and got 'Top Play' btw XD, for a triple kill or something XD) so, you don't have to give up. XD. it's not impossible to make some plays... 😀
