Palestinian American Dr. Walks Out of Biden Meeting, Hands Him Letter from 8-Year-Old Orphan in Gaza

This week the White House canceled a planned Ramadan dinner after many Muslim American leaders refused to attend. Instead, Biden held a scaled-back meeting Tuesday with Muslim American community figures. The curtailed meeting was itself met with protests, including from Palestinian American emergency room physician Dr. Thaer Ahmad, who walked out after handing Biden a letter from an 8-year-old orphaned Palestinian girl named Hadeel that read, "I beg you, President Biden, stop them from entering Rafah." Ahmad tells Democracy Now! that he also told Biden, "Make no mistake about it. It's going to be a bloodbath," before walking out. Ahmad is a board member for MedGlobal who recently spent three weeks in Gaza volunteering at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis. He joins us today to discuss the meeting with Biden, in which Ahmad was told he and other attendees would be the first people who had actually been in Gaza after October 7 to directly brief the president. "This meeting was not going to be impactful," says Ahmad, who shares how Biden's continued backing of Israel, even after its attack on the World Central Kitchen convoy left an American citizen dead, indicates that "nobody is safe" in the Gaza Strip.

At the close of WW2 the calculations came back, 2 out of every 3 men in the country (something crazy like that) were in Allied custody. The Allies really only wanted the head brass and got bored after Nuremberg, realized that if they had to go through trial of them all it would result in the same outcome that the Nazis themselves had done and just decided to turn it over to local authorities to deal with.... Who where at least nazi sympathizers, if not active nazis themselves. tl;dr: They did, and it would shock you, SHOCK YOU I SAY, to find that those investigations didn't find much... Now these ungrateful Palestinians and ones like yourself are demanding our help in aid and political pressure. Some of the 200 hundred remaining hostages are Americans , and yet the country that gave you a place to live and call your home if you so wish , has some of our fellow citizens being held hostage and you are silent. That speaks words about your loyalty , honor and integrity. I guess those values you do not share. Amazingly you still wish to live amongst us , perhaps a trip to your country of origin, and try speaking out to the richest man in the world the king of United Emeritus and see if he can give the people of Gaza some of his Billions.. or better yet you might address why neighboring Arab states do not want a single Palestinian. According to the Guardian report, The program identified about 37,000 men to be killed, with acceptable civilian deaths ranging from 15-100s for each.The math is staggering, but it explains why the IDF has one of the highest civilian death toll of modern times. The IDF has issued a denial.
