The Biden administration is on trial in the United States for failure to prevent the "unfolding genocide" in Gaza. On Friday, lawyers for the Biden administration argued the court lacks the proper jurisdiction to decide the case, while Palestinians and Americans testified about atrocities committed by Israel with American support. "I can't think of another time where, in a U.S. federal court, Palestinians have been on the witness stand, one after the other after the other, describing their experiences under Israeli occupation," says Diala Shamas, senior staff attorney at the Center for Constitutional Rights, which filed the case against President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin in November. "Being Palestinians in America necessitates our involvement in this case," says Laila El-Haddad, a Palestinian writer who testified in court about her family's experience under Israeli assault. "It obligates us to do everything we can to take every possible recourse, including legal recourse, to try and put an end to this, since it's our tax dollars."

What the West does not know is that 75% to 90% of the residents of Gaza support the crimes of Hamas, and if they are given the opportunity they will do it again and again, no Arab country is ready to accept them why? Because they know the truth, in the 80's King Hussein invited them to his country and within a few years they tried to assassinate him and this also happened in Lebanon and Tunisia. They murdered and threw their Fatah brothers from the high buildings in Gaza after the 2007 elections.

It is literally the Gazans/Muslims who openly stated they wanted to genocide Israel then attempted it once before and once now. They literally openly stated this. Their Muslim heritage and groups genocides Jews from the rest of the middle east, and much or Israels growth were refugees from across the whole middle east. The Gazans/Muslim Groups are the genocidal and warmongering people and their historical actions make that undeniable. Israel never once chose to start a war. There's a lot of shameful times in US history, but I was a kid during the Iraq war so this is my first time witnessing one of those times and understanding what I was seeing my country do as being shameful. I've only read about or watched documentaries to learn about a lot of the other shameful times in US history, but I know I certainly haven't learned about all of them, not yet anyway, but I guess it's good to have goals I wanna achieve. To be honest, I'm personally ashamed to be an American right now, & have been since the 10th of October 2023, the 11th at the very latest, if my memory has failed in recalling the exact date. It's a new and extremely uncomfortable feeling, and I'm not sure what to do with it or where inside myself I'm supposed to put it. And I'm p-o'ed as heck at Biden & Co. for wrecking what was left of America's reputation or standing on the world stage, and the hypocrisy, immortality, bloodymindedness, and complete lack of empathy or self-awareness they've put on display for all to see and be sickened by, and the least among the reasons for my fury is they're making me feel like s**t just for being a citizen of this danged country.

There’s nothing unconstitutional with backing a U.S. ally, but the U.S. certainly shouldn’t be supporting genocide in any way. Biden has started to vocally ask politely for Israel to reconsider its strategy. Which Netanyahu being a right winged Israeli refuses. there are no U.S. troops and we cannot force Israel to stop. Clearly Netanyahu doesn’t care what the US says, and it’s more than certain the Israelis are gonna vote him out of power.

Beyond meritless. Maybe a refocus on the real criminals who represent Gaza: Hamas. Blinken and Biden stand up for Democracy and do not support terror like this channel. Terror will not help the people of Gaza, and is responsible for their suffering. This will not help in establishing their own state that coexists with Israel. It is not a "war". Israel is the Occupier in Palestine. As Occupier, Israel becomes lord and Master of Gaza Strip, 25 miles of land they shoved the property-owning Palestinian Muslim businesses and home-owners paid for and were full citizens of-BECAUSE Britain was granted Palestine after a war-so by thwen, 1948, Britain was very beholden to Jews who actually created and ran the London Stock Exchange for the English. They asked to be given land to call Israel and Britain said "Yes". Britain is ultimately responsible for all the deaths, bloodshed, murders etc of the Muslim People squashed in GazA Strip. And look! Even with millions of people squashed into 35 square miles, Gaza people got their children to become lawyers, doctors, architects, professionally qualified nurses, teachers, engineers, eating and subsiding on carbohydrates and a few vegetables. Netanyahu sent HIS son to the USA and appetently is qualifies -with a degree -no university given -in International Relations. He was not conscripted into this "war" like other Israeli youth, but remains comfortable in FLORIDA, U.S. where he still hold the job-the paid position-paid millions of dollars- as his father Benjamin Netanyahu's Chief Political Advisor. The hostages are an excuse to do what they wanted to do anyway, and if they have them, they can't hide behind them anymore. Joseph Goebbels was the Nazi propaganda minister for most of the facist country’s existence. Israel is losing the propaganda war, Hamas is losing the actual war, Gazans and Israelis are just losing, Jewish settlers in Palestine and right winged Israelis are winning. I appreciate you distinguishing the difference between Israeli government and its people. I also acknowledge you have left out the USA, which is how most comments should be. Since the U.S. can’t force Israel to do anything, it highlights how propagandists have convinced people the U.S. can do whatever as long as it’s politicians will it to. Severing US support of Israel diplomatically, and militarily for a war that they can’t interfere in against a government who doesn’t care about its actions is just bad for the country in general.
