What stats are they using for GK? Because choosing one with the best defence in front of him is obviously a glaring error. Pickford shot stopping has been class. Villa have got 4th with Emi Martinez who won the Yashin Trophy and the World Cup! Not even a mention. Massive neglect for GK attributes on this video

@@ToTheMaxGaming1 he's easily the best signing from last year, has a much harder task controlling a midfield that changes week after week. Big goals, big moments, super consistent. No doubt he's in there over Ødegaard (and I'm norwegian).

Nah I'm a fair rater of Villa who've been amazing this year, and Watkins defo should've got one (also they didn't vote for these players, it's fan-voted TOTS), but even if they had, what Villa midfielder is getting in over Rodri, Rice, Palmer, MacAllister? Maybe McGinn for MacA but at a stretch, it's not bias.

@@MickeyMcNoob Idk I think McGinn has been a real leader playing all over the park for Villa; yeah he got himself suspended but otherwise he's been amazing, not that Luiz hasn't been, he's great too, but McGinn stands out to me personally; rather arbitrary I know, but in terms of defensive contribution and chances created he's been slightly better imo. Regardless, my point still stands (I believe haha) - neither get in over those mentioned

But saka was much better last season and season before that. Saka is better player, though not by much. Look at their England career, and tell me who is better.

Palmer is a good player, but can't judge him in a billion pound squad until he's playing in CL and challenging. For now, he needs to help his team play like they're squads worth.

The comment comparing haaland to kane is such a dumb comparison. They play completely different styles as kane is more involved and haaland gets told by pep to stay up top and just wait for the pass as he knows it will come. The selection for me that looks wrong is Mcallister and Allison as whilst both have been fantastic Allison has been injured alot (hes still up there with the best) and odegaard deserves it more than Mcallister.

May annoy people, but as a typical West Ham fan I would like to throw Jarrod Bowen name out there, only the 3rd ever player to score in 7 consecutive away games, 16 PL goals, idk how many assists, he’s been a fundamental for us! If Palmer is there for carrying Chelsea, surely Bowen can be there too.

Well, First off you've got to think about the positions they play and the impact the make , Foden as a 10 or a winger , Palmer as Winger who drifts into the midfield! Chelsea are really dependent of Palmer whilst City aren't too dependent on Foden. Honesty no disrespect to Cole, who I really rated at City, but come on man!

I really wish I saw what other people do with VVD. I really wish. I feel like out of his 8 seasons or whatever it is, he was amazing for 2 of them. Like unstoppable. @@cybermandan1960 As my man under commented, he didn't leave because he was playing week in week out. He left for gametime landing in a week time in which comparatively he looks brilliant. Not to say hes bad at all but comparatively to a Watkins (0 Pens), Solanke (2 pens) and Haaland (4 pens) it really takes away the prestige. I really think if anyone else, especially haaland, was on 9 pens for 20 goals everyone would be screaming at how much of a shite striker he is.

Foden is 100% better than Palmer, Phil Foden is world class, Palmer is good and bad at the same time, He's like the English version of Lord Bentner 😂😂 All Palmer is doing is playing slightly above average football for Chelsea, Just like when Ross Barkley was playing just above average football for Everton, Palmer looks clumsy and dopey everytime he plays 😂😂.

Valid tbf, Foden's never proven that, but he's carried us on his back this year; I'm not sure Palmer could do that for the best team without penalties vs 11 man defences week in week out. Swings and roundabouts really. They've both been phenomenal

It's a really tight one the only reason I'm going on is because there's literally no supporting players for Palmer as Phill is surrounded by amazing talent and a beast of a manager and majority. And majority of Palmers goals are not scores by penalties yes he does get a few but creating over 48% of Chelsea's goals and assists is a magnitude in itself

@@GMAN2010uk Yep, no denying Palmer has been great without penalties too. I think there's too many variables, like Foden plays in a better team, but the team doesn't exactly create good chances for him (has low xG) and he has to break down park the bus defences rather than open play. At the same time that Palmer has probably been more consistent, I think Foden has been a victim of his own versatility, in the sense that he's regularly been forced wide to hug the touchline and be uninvolved in the play in order to accommodate Bernardo silva in midfield for more control, especially in bigger games. I wanna back Foden, maybe just coz of City bias idk, but can't say it's a robbery if Pamer is POTS

Only 3 City players and they'll probably end up winning the league again. Each year the majority of TOTY are Liverpool or Arsenal players yet they always finish second. Mac Allister above Bernardo is absolutely criminal. What Ben White is doing this season for Arsenal is what Ake has been doing for City in the past two years yet nobody bats an eye. Other teams always have the best players, allegedly, but they always bottle it and this year will be no different.
