Here in Ohio a hole that deep will almost always produce an aluminum can. You are to be commended for hanging in there and pursuing the target. You didn't let the broken farm implement thought make you start pushing dirt back in and moving on. Super find and an excellent short video documentation. Congratulations!

My God, man... I’m an arborist by trade and I have a pretty substantial axe collection - and with Scottish blood I would be beyond floored to add something like that to my collection. If I’d found three I’d film myself finding two and one might “disappear” 🤷♂️. Incredible finds, man. That is once in a lifetime stuff right there!

To buff one of these back up to its original bronze patina, fit a shaft on it and put it in the hands of a competent axe wielder would be interesting!

Hi Part of the reason that it takes long before you get answers from Ministerium, could be thet they get a lot more in. In Denmark it is more than 10 bigger than 5 years agoe because of more metal detectors on the ground. Thet dont get more people to manage it.
@StuartWoolger3 жыл бұрын
Indeed, you're certainly right with that assumption. The popularity of detecting has increased the number of treasure finds many times over and the Treasure system is moving very slowly. Vivid obviously hasn't helped either.
